At Havaa Studio, all our products are ready-to-wear and carefully crafted, which means we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. To help you shop with confidence, we provide a VIDEO CALL SERVICE, allowing you to take a closer look at the design, fabric and details before placing your order.

Each product comes with CLEAR SIZING INFORMATION, along with guidance on whether you should choose same size, a size up or down depending on the fabric type. Our DISPATCH TEAM CHECKS EVERY OUTFIT before shipment, ensuring that your parcel reaches you in perfect condition and has no defects/ problems. Once it leaves our studio, it CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED, as it has passed our strict quality checks.

If you wish to CANCEL YOUR ORDER, please do so within 24 HOURS OF PLACING IT. Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once shipped.
